About

OnStudio is the OnSuite engineering cockpit. People file feedback or a request, an agent drafts a plan, a person approves it, and the work then runs on its own branch across the repos the project owns and waits for verification against the request's test criteria. Requests sit on a board of lanes that mark where a person acts and where an agent works, with projects, sprints and editable workflows around it, and engineers can pull work from their editor over MCP.

A board that shows who acts next

Every request sits in a lane of its workflow. Amber lanes are stops where a person decides; violet lanes are where an agent is working. Filter by project, sprint and owner, switch to a four-lane Kanban, and search by title or key.

The plan is approved before any code

An agent drafts the execution plan on the request. You read it in the drawer, edit it or approve it, and only an approved plan goes on to be built. The request keeps its description, recommended solution and test criteria beside it.

Feedback from inside the apps

The feedback sheet embedded in OnSuite apps files a request with a description, a recommended solution, test criteria and a screenshot you can annotate with numbered pins, so the engineer sees what the reporter saw.

One request, several repos

A project registers its key, repos, dev command and release policy, and a request declares which repos its work needs. The work runs on a branch named for the request in each of them.

Sprints that name what is left

Commit work to a sprint, see delivered against open at a glance, and when you close it the unfinished items go back to planning or move on to the next sprint. Planning holds everything not yet scheduled.

Workflows are data, not code

The lanes, stops and rules of a board are stored per workspace and edited on the Workflows page, so a new kind of board is a configuration change. Engineering is built in, and content and marketing boards run on the same engine.
