Snip
Salon appointments for the floor, the stylist's day, and patrons who scanned in
About
Salon appointments for three people: the salon runs its floor from the web dashboard, stylists work their day from SnipStylist, and patrons book from Snip — but only at salons they have scanned into. No marketplace; the counter QR is the only door. Payments are recorded at the desk, never processed.
The whole floor on one screen
The Today screen shows the day's KPIs, the walk-in queue, buffer requests and roster warnings; the calendar lays out a column per stylist.
Walk-ins and chairs at a glance
The Today screen lists the walk-in queue beside the day's appointments by status; the calendar shows each chair's bookings and the shared midday break.
Every regular's formula, on file
A customer card shows confidential staff notes, the cut and formula blueprint, product regimen and billing history.
Patrons see their visit and their stylist
The patron app shows the upcoming visit, a book-your-usual shortcut, My salons, preferred masters, stylist profiles and a My Hair ledger.
