Send documents for signing, track status, keep the signed record
About
E-signature for OnSuite: upload a PDF or DOCX, place fields per signer on any page, sign in-app or over a public phone-verified link, and get the signed PDF, a signature certificate and the audit trail back. Every OnSuite app can send through the same API.
Send any PDF or DOCX
Create a request with recipients; DOCX is converted at upload with the original kept; place signature fields per signer on any page.
Sign in-app or by public link
Guided signing with a draw/type pad and saved signatures; external signers use a phone-verified /sign/{token} page and can decline with a reason.
The signed record, with a certificate
On completion the signed PDF and signature certificate are stored; status and a per-recipient audit trail are available, with source/signed/audit downloads.
